The Glycerin 22 offers soft DNA Tuned cushioning for plush heel landings and energizing toe-offs. Perfect for road running and long runs, it ensures a smooth, stable ride and a comfortable fit.

1. Remove the laces and the insole

Wash them separately by hand with soapy water.
Avoid the washing machine, as it could deform them.

2. Remove dirt and dust

Gently brush the surface with a dry brush to remove mud and dust.

3. Prepare a soapy solution

Mix lukewarm water with a bit of mild soap.

4. Clean the shoes

Dip a cloth or a soft brush in the soapy water and gently scrub the dirty areas.
