Nike Men Shoes

First of all, don’t measure your feet in the morning. They often swell during the day because of the heat and your activity. To choose the right size, measure your foot at the end of the day.

To measure your shoe size, follow these instructions:

  1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
  2. Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall.
  3. Mark the point where your toes stop with a pencil.

Then measure the distance between the tip of the paper and the mark you’ve made, and compare it with our size chart.

IN BETWEEN SIZES?

  • For tight fit, go one size down.
  • For loose fit, go one size up.

Make every gym moment, minute and movement matter. Whether you’re racing the clock, gritting through the last set or staying steady through heaves and holds, the MC Trainer 3 can help you hit your fitness intent. The breathable mesh in the upper turns this trainer into a shoe you can wear anywhere. And a flat base brings a level of stability to the motions you love most.

Stability: high

The more supportive the shoe, the more stability it can give to your stance. A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step. A flat, stable base helps keep you steady and grounded when making lateral movements.

Flexibility: moderate

The more flexibility that you have in the midsole and outsole, the more you can move naturally. The forefoot flex grooves give you flexibility where you need it.

Cushioning: moderate

Cushioning under the forefoot and heel helps soften the impact of your workout. A foam midsole offers soft cushioning and helps you feel secure in the middle of rigorous physical activity.

Details

  • The rubber adds to a versatile traction pattern that can help you move in multiple directions.
  • The toe tip and heel skins provide an additional layer of durability in each high-wear zone.
How to care ?

Before Washing

Turn clothes inside out → This helps protect the fabric and preserve prints or logos.
Check the labels → Some fabrics require special care.
Shake off dirt → Especially for hiking clothes, remove mud and debris before washing.

Washing Instructions

1. Use cold or lukewarm water (30°C max)

  • Hot water can damage synthetic fibers and elastic materials.

2. Choose a mild detergent

  • Avoid fabric softeners, as they can clog breathable materials and reduce moisture-wicking properties.
  • Prefer liquid detergent over powder to prevent residue buildup.

3. Use a gentle wash cycle

  • A delicate or sportswear program is ideal.
  • Do not overload the machine to allow proper rinsing.

4. Hand wash if needed

  • For delicate items (compression wear, technical fabrics), soak in lukewarm water with a bit of detergent, then rinse thoroughly.

Drying Instructions

Air dry whenever possible

→ Hang clothes in a well-ventilated area.

Avoid direct sunlight

→ It may weaken the fabric and fade colors.

Do not use a tumble dryer

→ High heat can shrink or damage sportswear elasticity.

Extra Tips:

  • Remove odors naturally → Add white vinegar (½ cup) or baking soda (1 tablespoon) to the wash.
  • Wash sportswear separately → Avoid mixing with cotton clothes, which can transfer lint.
  • Never leave sweaty clothes in the laundry basket for too long → Wash as soon as possible to prevent bacteria buildup.
