Introducing the COSSMO JKT: a youth winter jacket tailored for the next generation of skiers and snowboarders. Made from a blend of 52% Recycled Polyester and 48% Polyester, the jacket meets both Global Recycled Standard and Oeko-Tex® Standard 100. Insulation is provided by Recycled Thermal STD technology, with different weights in the body, sleeves, and hood for optimized warmth. Weather resistance is front and center with Dryplay 10K technology and Teflon Ecoelite™ PFC-free DWR finish. The jacket features critically taped seams for extra waterproofing. Functionality meets comfort with a regular fit, a YKK® reversed center-front zip, Lycra wrist gaiters, and adjustable cuffs. Storage is ample, thanks to zippered hand pockets and a chest pocket. A one-point adjustable ergonomic hood, fixed snow skirt, specialized pockets for ski passes and interior mesh round out the features. The jacket also includes a grow-with-me system, allowing for adjustments as the child grows. In essence, the COSSMO JKT delivers on sustainability, performance, and adaptability, making it an excellent choice for young winter adventurers.

How to care ?

Before Washing

✔ Turn clothes inside out → This helps protect the fabric and preserve prints or logos.
✔ Check the labels → Some fabrics require special care.
✔ Shake off dirt → Especially for hiking clothes, remove mud and debris before washing.

Washing Instructions

1. Use cold or lukewarm water (30°C max)

  • Hot water can damage synthetic fibers and elastic materials.

2. Choose a mild detergent

  • Avoid fabric softeners, as they can clog breathable materials and reduce moisture-wicking properties.
  • Prefer liquid detergent over powder to prevent residue buildup.

3. Use a gentle wash cycle

  • A delicate or sportswear program is ideal.
  • Do not overload the machine to allow proper rinsing.

4. Hand wash if needed

  • For delicate items (compression wear, technical fabrics), soak in lukewarm water with a bit of detergent, then rinse thoroughly.

Drying Instructions

Air dry whenever possible

→ Hang clothes in a well-ventilated area.

Avoid direct sunlight

→ It may weaken the fabric and fade colors.

Do not use a tumble dryer

→ High heat can shrink or damage sportswear elasticity.

Extra Tips:

  • Remove odors naturally → Add white vinegar (½ cup) or baking soda (1 tablespoon) to the wash.
  • Wash sportswear separately → Avoid mixing with cotton clothes, which can transfer lint.
  • Never leave sweaty clothes in the laundry basket for too long → Wash as soon as possible to prevent bacteria buildup.
