Thanks to its high weight of around 154 kg, the T5 Go stands securely in its place. Transport rollers allow the treadmill to be moved around the room if necessary. Manual adjustable feet allow you to compensate for uneven floors. Life Fitness consciously forgoes a folding mechanism in the T5 Go treadmill xa0 in favor of high stability. More space and an adjustable shock absorption system
The T5 Go has the largest running surface of all Life Fitness treadmills. With a length of 152 cm and a width of 56 cm, the running surface is ideal for large and small runners, at low and high speeds. The newly developed FlexDeck Selcet damping system allows you to switch between 3 hardness settings. The desired level of hardness is set manually using a lever on the running deck. There are 3 hardness settings to choose from:
- Standard – This setting simulates the “Grass” terrain. A rather soft, yielding surface. This setting is ideal for long endurance sessions and long-distance running.
- Stable – This level of hardness imitates the cushioning properties of a tartan track. The ideal surface for medium distances. e.g. a 5 or 10 km run.
- Hard – asphalt. This hard surface is well suited for short distances, sprint and/or interval training.
Regardless of Life Fitness's recommendations, the adjustable damping level of the T5 Go allows you to adjust the damping to your individual preferences. One person prefers to run on a hard surface and another prefers to run on a soft surface. There are options here to adapt the damping to individual needs. The large LCD display provides information about the training progress and offers a total of 13 pre-programmed programs for training.xa0 The pulse is monitored using hand pulse sensors on the additional control unit (Activity Zone) attached below the training console or using the included chest strap. The Activity Zone allows you to change the incline and speed while running using 3 quick selection buttons or in small increments.
