More space and an adjustable shock absorption system

The T5 Go has the largest running surface of all Life Fitness treadmills. With a length of 152 cm and a width of 56 cm, the running surface is ideal for large and small runners, at low and high speeds. The newly developed FlexDeck Selcet damping system allows you to switch between 3 hardness settings. The desired level of hardness is set manually using a lever on the running deck. There are 3 hardness settings to choose from:

• Standard – This setting simulates the “Grass” terrain. A rather soft, yielding surface. This setting is ideal for long endurance sessions and long-distance running.
• Stable – This level of hardness imitates the cushioning properties of a tartan track. The ideal surface for medium distances. e.g. a 5 or 10 km run.
• Hard – asphalt. This hard surface is well suited for short distances, sprint and/or interval training.
