Life Fitness recumbent ergometer RS1 Go increases your training performance

The Life Fitness RS1 with the Go console offers 13 pre-programmed training programs. These are divided into four categories. In addition to interval training and heart rate controlled programs, you will also find special fat burning training sessions. Thanks to the different levels of difficulty and intensity, training beginners don’t need any new equipment to improve their performance. You can improve from training level to training level with a comfortable start.

If you would prefer to train according to your own specifications, individual training settings per user profile (2 user profiles) are possible. In addition to the hand pulse sensors, the included chest strap guarantees effective target zone training.
