The difference: Thanks to the powerful Bosch drive system, you save important energy on climbs, which you can then release on the descents.

Why you will love it
- The Bosch motor provides plenty of power so you can master steep climbs with energy-saving efficiency. Rider-friendly features like the Walk Assist function and eMTB mode help you get the most out of every ride.
- It comes with the same proven frame technologies as the Remedy – such as the Mino Link adjustable geometry, the Straight Shot down tube for extra stiffness and Active Braking Pivot (ABP).
- The Kiox color display provides you with all important driving data, connects to your compatible devices via Bluetooth® and has an integrated anti-theft function.
- Trek's Removable Integrated Battery System (RIB) looks good and is user-friendly: The battery is fully integrated into the frame and is therefore well protected, but can be easily removed without tools and offers space for a drinking bottle holder.
- Trek's Removable Integrated Battery System (RIB) looks as good as it is user-friendly: fully integrated into the frame and well protected, it can be easily removed without tools and even offers space for a bottle cage.
Features
New Bosch Performance Line CX
The new Bosch Performance Line CX motor is lighter, smaller and quieter than its predecessors and impresses with better integration and more agile handling. It's also more efficient, so you can go further on one charge. The intelligent eMTB mode automatically adjusts the level of support to changing terrain. After a one-off setting, this mode always delivers exactly the power you need so that you can fully concentrate on having fun driving.
Special eMTB Lite mode
Instead of a tour mode, Trek eMTBs have a special eMTB Lite mode. This mode offers more natural power delivery and longer battery life.
Removable Integrated Battery
RIB (Removable Integrated Battery) is a one-piece battery and cover combination with a built-in handle that can be easily removed from the frame and replaced without tools. Thanks to this feature, it is extremely convenient to remove the battery from the bike for transport, for securing or for easier charging.
OCLV Mountain Carbon
Thanks to exclusive materials and precise lay-up processes, the most advanced construction methods and particularly strict test standards, the carbon specially developed by Trek for mountain bikes is extremely robust.
What is the range?
The range assistant from Bosch shows you how far you can ride your eMTB on one charge. The data we preset for an average rider and for this bike model can be changed by you for a more accurate estimate of the range.
Landing gear calculator
This suspension calculator helps you to calculate the right suspension settings for your body weight. Just follow the steps to find the best setup for you.
Geometry adjustable via Mino Link
Adjust the steering angle (by 0.5°) and the bottom bracket height (by up to 10 mm) by simply turning a threaded nut. Turn the threaded nut and choose between a slack and an even slacker geometry without affecting the performance of the chassis. Exclusive to Trek.
Integrated speed sensor
The integrated speed sensor makes your life easier. The chainstay sensor is perfectly protected, while the special magnet integrated into the hub is optimally positioned – so error messages due to a misaligned sensor are a thing of the past.
Bosch Kiox
The bright color display of the Bosch Kiox on-board computer is easy to read in all lighting conditions and is protected by robust Gorilla Glass. The on-board computer shows the battery charge status, support level, speed, heart rate and much more. It also connects to the Bosch eBikeConnect app to transmit ride data, GPS route information, altitude, cadence and power output.
Complete tubeless system
Tubeless Ready rims and tires make it easy to convert to a tubeless system – for more traction, fewer punctures and lighter weight. Thanks to the included TLR rim strips, TLR valves and sealant, you can start converting immediately.
Knock block
Knock Block protects your frame when things don't go smoothly. The steering stop prevents your handlebars from being turned completely in the event of a fall, in order to avoid excessive pull on your cables and to prevent the handlebars from contacting the top tube.
