The Horizon Cube HCU30 opens up countless training options thanks to the extensive accessories included in delivery.

The three resistance bands in different strengths (4.5 kg, 11.3 kg and 15.8 kg) allow you to do varied resistance training that is perfect for building strength, mobility and rehabilitation.

The two dumbbell bars and the kettlebell bar offer you the flexibility to perform a comprehensive strength training program in which you can incorporate exercises such as bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder presses and kettlebell swings. The weight plates in different sizes (1 kg, 1.25 kg and 2 kg) can be combined as desired to vary the intensity of your training.

In addition, the removable top of the cube serves as a balance and massage board, ideal for balance exercises to strengthen your core as well as for massaging and regenerating tired muscles after a workout.
