Whether you're looking to run a little faster or with a little less effort, responsive shoes deliver a little more spring with every step, allowing you to get more out of your run. We combined Nike React technology with two Zoom Air units (one in the forefoot and one in the heel). This ensures a springy, energetic feeling when pushing off over your toes.

The highly coordinated, single-layer mesh ensures a comfortable fit and a comfortable fit. We've redesigned the midfoot strap for a more contoured fit on the foot that conforms to any arch of the foot.
What's new on the Peg 40?
When we sat down to develop the design of the Peg 40, we literally took an inside-out approach. We started with an implemented metatarsal band for a more secure but comfortable feel, as if the peg is giving your arch a friendly, gentle hug. We wanted to make the inside of the shoe comfortable, breathable and comfortable where your feet are most sensitive: the toes, arch and heel. We achieved this with a specially developed circular pattern that adapts to your foot.
