The ACER STX ski glove was designed as a children’s model of the new Roeckl ECO.SERIES to be as resource-efficient as possible. The pleasantly light ski glove consists to a large extent of recycled materials – with unchanged first-class performance. The silky-soft and highly breathable outer fabric ECO.BREEZE is used on the back of the hand. It consists of 100 percent recycled polyester and is permanently water-repellent without environmentally harmful PFCs. Thanks to the SympaTex membrane, the ski glove is absolutely wind and waterproof. The membrane insert is also made of polyester, is PFC-free, recyclable and, according to the manufacturer, produced in a CO2-neutral manner.
For reliably warm hands, the ACER STX is equipped with the lightweight PrimaLoft Silver Bio insulation. The highlight: The polyester fibers of the insulation are made from 100 percent recycled material and are biodegradable *. A lining from the PrimaLoft NEXT Evolve Series (polyester with 58 percent recycled content) with its alternative knitting technique ensures an excellent glove climate directly on the skin. The ACER STX is rounded off by a palm made from drum-tanned goatskin – a by-product from food production. It remains supple even at low temperatures, is particularly hard-wearing and thus increases the lifespan of the glove. Thanks to the Velcro strap, the glove can be precisely adjusted and the removable safety loop (made from 85 percent recycled polyester) prevents the glove from getting lost.
