The T3 Go treadmill offers the inclined runner a 153 cm long and 51 cm wide running surface that is also designed for higher running speeds. The FlexDeck shock absorption system with LifeSpring elastomers offers excellent cushioning properties and a particularly joint-friendly training experience on the T3 Go. LifeSpring elastomerexa0 reduces the recoil caused by stepping onto the running deck by up to 30% compared to running outdoors. A DC Magna Drive electric motor drives the T3 Go treadmill. This permanently delivers 3.0 hp/2.21 kW. The powerful DC motor runs pleasantly quietly and very evenly. Speeds of 0.8 to 20.0 km/h are possible on the T3 Go treadmill. The speed can be changed electronically in 0.1 km/h increments. The incline motor of the T3 Go treadmill allows an incline to be adjusted electronically in 0.5% increments from 0 to 15%. The newly designed Go console of the Life Fitness T3 Go is as functional as it is clearly designed. The 10 cm x 15 cm LCD display window has a blue backlight and informs the trainee of all important training data and program progress. 13 pre-programmed training programs are available for a varied training design. For example, interval training programs, heart rate controlled or fat burning programs are available. The pulse is measured and monitored either using the included Polar-compatible chest strap or using the integrated hand pulse sensors. With the help of the 2 user profiles, personal settings and self-created training programs can be saved. The energy saving mode of the Life Fitness F3 Go is switched on using the “Energy Saver” button on the Go console. Power Saving Mode reduces the treadmill’s energy consumption by up to 90% when the T3 Go is on but not in use.
