The Kettler AquaRower 500 rowing machine has, at its disposal, a patented adjustable water resistance system. Like you were rowing on water in real life, you independently alter the resistance here, depending on its tensile strength. Most special of all: the water resistance can be altered through the bi-chamber system (tank-to-tank). This is how beginners as well as trained sportspeople can both accommodate their training level. Should you vary in terms of stroke frequency and resistance, you will, as such, benefit from equally varied and highly-effective rowing workouts.
