The training computer of the Life Fitness E3 Go offers the trainee a total of 13 pre-programmed training programs. These include interval, fat burning and pulse-controlled training programs. 2 user profiles can be created and saved. 1 self-created stress profile can be created and stored for each user profile. The CoachZone function of the Life Fitness E3 Go accompanies the trainee with training tips and motivates them to continue training. Using the GluteToner and ArmToner training extensions, the buttocks and arm muscles can be specifically trained. The CoachZone function is operated via control buttons on the additional ErgoGrip handles below the cockpit. Hand pulse sensors for pulse measurement can also be found on the ErgoGrip handles. Alternatively, the pulse can be measured using an included Polar-compatible chest strap.
