Andes 3.1

The Andes elliptical trainers enable precise, watt-controlled training. The finely tuned drive system produces quiet and efficient movements. Thanks to the induction system, the flywheel is controlled by a magnetic field without contact and therefore wear-free. This allows the resistance to be adjusted precisely, quietly and evenly. The training position leads to an upright posture with a straight back – shoulders, hips and knees form a vertical line. The particularly low Q factor, the wide, dynamic pedals and the ergonomically shaped handles support the natural movement. The Q factor measures the distance between the inside of the treads, i.e. the distance between the feet during training. When “normal” walking or running, the feet rest relatively close together. A low Q factor is therefore considered particularly ergonomic. With the six well-thought-out design elements of the SIXSTAR frame, the elliptical trainer moves in harmony with the trainee – and not the other way around.

From the pedals to the console, the Horizon brand relies on the most advanced technologies and high-quality components manufactured in-house. The slim and elegant devices are equipped with a low step-up height and a comfortable, foldable frame: after training, the elliptical trainer can be easily folded up and the hydraulic mechanism raises and lowers the running rail effortlessly. This combines the stability of a conventional elliptical trainer with the space-saving advantage of a folding system.
